For Albanian commercial organizations or foreign organizations with a permanent legal representative within Albania. Starting from the day of the registration of a domain name the “possessor” is allowed 15 days to make any possible changes/corrections owing to a spelling mistake on a registered domain name or information regarding the contacts. After the above mentioned period, the request for changes/corrections of a domain name is considered as a request for a new registration, and as a result has to be accompanied by an application form for a new registration. DNS updates require an additional fee of $50.

Documents required if not using Trustee service: Copy of the company registration in Albania and passport number of contact person. Trustee service is required if you wish to manage the domain through 101Domain and does not require additional documentation.

Registrant is advised to choose domain name suitable to its own name. Registrant must not use geographical names, other persons names and well-known trade marks as a domain name.

Any private persons or legal entities with legal or commercial registration in the Republic of Bulgaria or EU member state, or holders of a constituent act issued by a Bulgarian State Authority; entities, established by virtue of an agreement between Bulgaria and other countries; companies and organizations, registered abroad, having a registered branch or commercial representative office in the Republic of Bulgaria. -OR- Efficient persons, Bulgarian citizens, foreigners with the right for permanent residence on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria or citizens of EU member state.

Keywords, city names, even 1 and 2 character domains are available. Duplicate requests sent to auction.

Grandfathering: Mar 19 - April 20, 2012
Open to all owners of .JP and .NET wishing to secure the same name under .JP.NET where the domain was not previously registered or application pending during Sunrise or Landrush.
$10.45 for 1yr + 50.00 non-refundable application fee
